This is a bit sudden, but I have an announcement to share! (lol)
From Saturday, the 27th of this month, through Monday, January 19th, Matsuya Ginza will be hosting:
Matsuya Ginza 100th Anniversary & Fujingaho 120th Anniversary Special Exhibition
Connecting and Passing Down "People" and "Houses"
Special Exhibition: "Twelve Houses of Kyoto"

The "people" and "houses" of Kyoto have inherited and passed on the "beautiful Japan" found in tea ceremony, flower arrangement, crafts, and the performing arts to the next generation.
In this exhibition, we will showcase approximately 70 "beautiful objects," including works created by generations of people and tools that symbolize these "houses," from twelve families that have continued to protect this "beautiful Japan" in Kyoto.
This is an exhibition that invites you to reflect once again on the importance of connecting and passing things down.
